👀 For the skimmers: Good news... you do not need to post every day to grow your mortgage business. In 2026, consistency matters more than volume, and most brokers are over-posting out of fear, not strategy. Let’s make this way easier.

Here’s the truth most people don’t tell you:
You could post 3–4 times a week and never see better results than someone posting once per week... if that once-a-week post is clear, helpful, and strategic.

As a mortgage broker, your people don’t need dancing Reels every day.
They need education, reassurance, and reminders of how you help.

And honestly? Even our MortgageMarketingClub members don’t always post all 5 days of content we give them each week.

They use the posts they need, skip the ones they don’t, and still stay consistent... because the goal isn’t volume… it’s clarity.

Here’s what actually works:

The “Sustainable Posting Rule” for 2026

You only need to post as often as you can do, consistently for 90 days.

For most brokers DIYing it, that looks like:

  • 1 weekly educational post (rates, renewals, first-time buyer tips, FAQs)

  • 1 client story or scenario (“Here’s who I helped this week…”)

  • Optional: 1 Story or quick video with your face each week

  • Optional: 1 email newsletter (still the BEST converter). Aim for more than 1 a month if possible here!

That’s it.

No daily pressure or burning out be Feb (and we're almost there already!)...
No disappearing for weeks because you tried to do too much.

Why this works

Because your audience doesn’t need “more content.”
They need the right content:

  • Clear explanations

  • Real client examples

  • Current insights

  • Simple next steps

Your marketing becomes easier AND more effective.

💛 A gentle reminder

If social media always feels heavy, it’s not because you’re doing it wrong... it’s because you’re doing too much. Or you're letting the bazillion "gurus" sway you the wrong way. The only right way to "do social media" is YOUR way. I promise. I've been doing this for a long time!
